I’m learning the language and one way of doing that is by listening to songs. Before I was introduced to K-Pop, I used to watch a lot of anime shows, mostly Naruto. And I used to listen to the opening and ending songs. At that time, although I don’t understand the words, the pieces and the music are able to evoke feelings within me…
And so, this series came from that idea. What story can I write while listening to a particular song which I do not understand the lyrics of? LYRIC will a series of short story collections, each story corresponding to one song. Maybe five short stories in one book. And at least three books in the series.
I’m already building my playlist to use for this. You can check them out and give them a listen. Tell me what kind of story gets into your head while listening to them.
